# Intro to Yeomen Command

Yeomen Command enables end users to automate Web3. The vision is to empower a community of developers and connect them to users.

* Yeomen: The platform that connects Developers and Users
* Users: Can run community rated Apps published by Developers
* Developers: Reach users with App distribution using a variety of business models.

**What is an Yeoman?**

Each Yeoman is an App or Script developed by builder that runs as dedicated sandboxed environment that execute blockchain transactions on behalf of the user. The Yeoman could act based on certain conditions on the blockchain (eg: execute trades at certain points) or it could perform actions at certain times of the day.

**What is Yeomen Command?**

The Yeomen Command platform is able to offer some security protections as each of the Yeoman is built by independent developers and they are run in some levels of isolation. Although Yeoman Command runs on a user's browser, the scripts are isolated as much as possible and have independent execution environments with limited interaction with each other Yeoman for security.
